The setting
During summer 2026, I worked with IQVIA Operations France’s Corporate Development team on recurring operational activities and internal projects. Alongside that work, I independently designed and built an internal CRM prototype.
What the prototype was for
The objective was to centralize company and contact information, organize follow-up and improve visibility across ongoing activity. The focus was a practical internal workflow: keeping relevant information structured and making the next follow-up easier to identify.
The work around the product
The project sat alongside data organization, research, information-management tasks and the preparation of internal materials used for follow-up and decision support. That context mattered because it connected the tool to the team’s daily work rather than to an abstract software exercise.
The experience
Participating in team and internal meetings gave me exposure to Corporate Development processes and cross-functional collaboration. Building the prototype helped me see how a relatively focused tool can address a business need when the information and the workflow are understood first.
What I can share
The public description is limited to the purpose of the prototype and my contribution. Company information, contact records, internal documents and screenshots are not reproduced here. The project is described here as an internal prototype.
